The room was recently refurbished, updated and with full kitchens.

The hotel was upscale, excellent services provided, favourable location to the outlet. Location: the property was next to restaurants / grocery stores, a good area, super clean, very spacious and a really restaurant. It was 1 mi from Panda Express, offering quick-service food.

I was blown away by the hospitality of the evening checking lady, really went outta her way to help. The bed? It's like sleeping on a cloud, seriously comfortable.

I was actually surprised by the spaciousness of my room with a full kitchen. It was great to have good accessibility and the staff were attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile.

Breakfast options could be more varied.

During my stay, I loved that it was just a few steps to Sterling's Restaurant where I enjoyed a lovely meal, and being close to the nearby Lawrence Scott Park made my morning walks refreshing.

The stay included a large room that was initially clean, providing ample space. The overall experience was marred by the lack of amenities such as a coffee maker or shampoo, and housekeeping was scarce, only cleaning twice in four days. Friendly staff interactions were a small consolation, but the persistent odors and usability issues significantly impacted the visit.

The room was spacious with a full kitchen, and the bathroom wassuper clean and cozy. The bed was super cozy! The internet was great and free. I loved that they offered a full-size fridge and lots of storage space, perfect for a family getaway.

Unfortunately, I encountered a hefty list of problems. The cleanliness left something to be desired. There was visible dirt along the walls and trash not cleaned up. I also faced a malfunctioning key card that kept locking me out of my room. The ice machine area was a letdown, with wires hanging out and no ice to be found. To top it off, I witnessed some sketchy car repairs happening in the parking lot, made me uneasy. Not the most restful experience.

I stayed for one night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was spacious for our group. The kitchen area had a full fridge and stove, convenient. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. A good value for the price 😊

Great location in an industrial area. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen with a stove and fridge, super handy. The cleaning staff made sure everything was tidy. The outdoor swimming pool had sun loungers for relaxation. It was good value for the price!

Enjoyed spending my time at this fairly clean new hotel. the location was decent, near the city center and close to Kennewick, Washington state. Everything was great, my next choice again in Kennewick.
